By utilizing ManilaEdgeAnalytics.digital ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing this site on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these protocols at any time. Your continued use of our analytical tools or consumption of our intelligence reports following any updates constitutes an acceptance of the revised framework.
02/ Proprietary Analytical Assets
All content generated by Manila Edge Analytics—including but not limited to proprietary data models, market insights reports, edge computing whitepapers, code snippets, visual data representations, and the "Manila Edge" brand identity—is the exclusive intellectual property of the firm or its licensors.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping our edge analytics datasets for AI training.
- Redistributing internal market insights without written consent.
- Reverse-engineering our proprietary assessment methodologies.
- Removing copyright or attribution watermarks from graphics.
03/ Acceptable Use Policy
Access to our digital environment is granted for legitimate business inquiries and professional intelligence gathering. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that compromise the integrity of our Manila Edge Analytics systems or the security of our Southeast Asian partner network.
Any attempt to circumvent authentication, perform denial-of-service attacks, or inject malicious payloads into our edge analytics interfaces will result in immediate IP termination and potential legal escalation to the relevant authorities in Hanoi and international cybercrime divisions.

05/ Limitation of Liability

Jurisdiction & Settlement
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hanoi.
